Where To Start?
Our Knock Down Rebuild process
As with any great journey, it begins with a little groundwork. Follow our step-by-step outline to see how it all unfolds. From the moment you join us, you'll have your own personal concierge at your side, backed by the know-how of our broader specialist team.
01. Design
First, we sit down together to identify the design that best fits both you and your block. When you're satisfied, you pay the tender fee and we take care of completing the paperwork.
02. Tender
At this stage we present everything you've requested, with complete costings laid out for full transparency. You'll have the opportunity to make any last tweaks before contracts are prepared.
03. Contract
You receive your contract, plans and costs exactly as agreed. After you give the go-ahead, you pay a 5% deposit (less your tender fee) while we get ready for lodgement and book in your colour presentations.
04. Pre-lodgement
Meanwhile, this is your moment to have fun making the home your own: selecting colours, settling on the finishing details and getting to know your personal concierge.
05. Approvals
Once the plans are approved and your colour selections are locked in, construction is cleared to begin, and your personal concierge is there to assist with every other project detail.
06. Knock Down
Good timing is everything. Our dedicated KDR team tracks approvals and advises the ideal moment to demolish and prepare the site for your new home, keeping disruption and cost to a minimum.
07. Construction
See your vision, selections and signature style become reality as construction progresses, and follow every milestone live through your own dedicated online portal.
08/ Settlement & Aftercare
Our all-round care continues well beyond completion. We present your keys in person and keep looking after you long after the moving trucks have left.
