Room sizes, total areas and dimensions are approximate and may vary depending on the design, façade, lot orientation, site conditions and local authority requirements. Plans may be mirrored or modified to suit your block.

Display home addresses, opening hours and the designs on display are subject to change. We recommend confirming details with us before visiting. Display homes may be sold or closed without notice.

6. Estimates, time frames and availability

Any build times, completion dates or availability indicated on this website are estimates only and may be affected by weather, approvals, supply of materials, site conditions and other factors beyond our reasonable control.
