This policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Excellence Home Building is a registered Western Australian home builder based at 24 Packham Road, Hamilton Hill WA 6163. We design and build new homes, house and land packages and knockdown rebuilds across Perth and surrounding areas.

2. What personal information we collect

Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect:

We may disclose your personal information to third parties where necessary to deliver our services, including estimators, draftspersons, engineers and certifiers; subcontractors and suppliers; land developers and estate sales offices; finance brokers and lenders (with your consent); home indemnity insurers; local government and approval authorities; and our professional advisers. We may also share information with IT, hosting, CRM and marketing service providers who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Some of our service providers may store data outside Australia. Where this occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled in a manner consistent with the APPs.

If you believe we have breached the APPs, please contact us in writing. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
