Here’s how it works
01. Choose & reserve
Choose the design and location that speaks to you from our homes throughout Western Australia, then reserve it for $5,000.
02. Deposit & exchange
Exchange contracts by paying a 5% deposit, less the $5,000 reservation fee already paid.
03. Balance & settle
Walk through your finished home, settle the remaining balance (the price less your deposit) and complete.
04. Keys & move in
Once settlement is done, the keys are yours. Now move in and enjoy your beautiful new home.

Your ready built home questions, all answered
Ready Built keeps things simple. Start by getting pre-approval from your lender so your budget is clear. Then pick your home, put down $5000 to reserve it, follow up with a 5% deposit to lock it in, and pay the remainder at settlement.
Every Ready Built is fully inclusive and genuinely ready to live in. Landscaping, driveway, fencing, letterbox and clothesline are already sorted, so you’re settled from the first day. Each home also carries its own carefully matched set of inclusions - ask us what yours comes with.
That comes down to how far along the build is. We’ll confirm your home’s timeline at the outset, and settlement happens once construction wraps up. Following a final inspection you pay the outstanding balance (minus your deposit), collect the keys and move in.
